Yma ym Mharc yr Esgob rydyn ni\u2019n hynod ffodus fod gyda ni wirfoddolwyr arbennig iawn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Roedd y cyfnod clo\u2019r llynedd yn amser heriol iawn i gymaint ohonom, ac roedden ni\u2019n hynod o drist o orfod cau\u2019r Parc i\u2019n t\u00eem cyson o wirfoddolwyr ymroddedig. <\/span><\/p>\n

Doedden ni ddim ar ein pennau ein hunain, a chafodd un o\u2019n gwirfoddolwyr garddio ei ysbrydoli gymaint adeg y clo, nes iddo ddechrau ysgrifennu. Rydyn ni wrth ein boddau \u00e2\u2019r gerdd hon sy\u2019n cwmpasu cymaint o\u2019r hyn a gollwyd gennym yn ystod y cyfnod anodd hwn \u2013 o ffrindiau, i waith, i\u2019r llefydd sy\u2019n rhan o\u2019n bywydau bob dydd \u2026 Diolch, Neil.<\/span><\/p>\n

Waiting for the Garden<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I\u2019m bored of my back garden
\nA small and boring square
\nI\u2019ve strimmed and trimmed and tended
\nThe soil\u2019s now flat and bare<\/p>\n

No weed will dare to spoil it
\nI\u2019ll kill the bugger straight
\nThe spuds are up, the beans are in
\nI sit around and wait.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m waiting for the garden
\nThat’s big and old and tough
\nWrestling back the brambles
\nGardening hard and rough.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m waiting for the garden
\nThe wall that blocks out hell
\nThe other side is tranquil
\nA space that makes you well.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m waiting for the garden
\nThe space we hold so dear
\nThe sound of apples hitting ground
\nThe only noise you\u2019ll hear.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m waiting for the garden
\nSpace for all to dream
\nA space where all are equal
\nWild, not farmed, deep\u00a0green.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m waiting for the banter
\nAnd Dilys\u2019 \u2018valley tales\u2019
\nTeaching Tad to swear in Welsh
\nIt\u2019s different see in Wales.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve not seen new wild flowers
\nWalked knee deep buttercup<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll hammer on the door next week
