Dydw i erioed wedi gweld fy hun fel garddwr ond roeddwn i’n meddwl y byddai’n fuddiol iawn i’m g\u0175r sydd wedi cael anaf i’w ben a newidiodd ei fywyd ac sy’n mynd trwy broses o adferiad .Roedd hefyd yn gyfle i hyrwyddo llesiant y ddau ohonom.<\/p>\n
