Parc yr Esgob Trust is seeking an inspiring and committed Chair of Trustees to help lead the next chapter in the story of one of Wales’ most remarkable historic sites. Bishop’s Park, Abergwili, is a place of national significance where heritage, nature, community and learning come together. This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership to a small but ambitious charity, supporting our vision for the future as we develop new projects, strengthen partnerships and build long-term sustainability.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership and governance skills, the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration, and a passion for helping organisations thrive. Previous experience as a Chair or Trustee would be welcome, but what matters most is your ability to lead, listen, inspire and help our charity flourish. If you share our commitment to stewardship, community and future generations, we would love to hear from you. This is a voluntary appointment, with reasonable expenses reimbursed.
