National Meadows Day
Posted: 04/07/2015 by Admin
Today is the first ever National Meadows Day a new campaign to raise awareness of the ecological importance of these very special places and to highlight the severe decline in their numbers over the last 100 years. This is an issue dear to our hearts as from our Ha Ha we overlook The Great Meadow – a rare flood plain meadow. For more information on just how special meadows are look up the Magnificent Meadows website and follow us for news of our work to preserve The Great Meadow for future generations.
